Canine Spa is for dog lovers, we are dedicated to making your pet happy and offering you a professional service.

When you arrive for your appointment we need to understand your pets needs and your requirements so for the first appointment we start with a getting to know you session and registration (at no extra cost!). An appointment can last from 5 minutes (Claw cut only) to 3 hours (go on try drying a big BIG dog). The longer sessions will be broken up with a 10 minute walk and sniff in the garden every hour. Imagine if you had to stand for 3 hours, not fun! Clean fresh drinking water is ALWAYS available for Canine Spa’s guests.

At the Canine Spa your pet comes first, we will not put any undue stress on a dog even if that means stopping grooming and continuing at a later date. Dogs will always be treated with kindness and patience.

Once your dog has been pampered and is relaxed and clean we will call to let you know. We do not keep dogs all day only for the length of their appointment.
